These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hunters & Anglers Kitchen, operated by THE HUNTER'S BEND LLC. By using the site, creating an account, or purchasing a membership or product, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership or place an order.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $7.99 per month and an annual plan at $77.99 per year. New memberships begin with a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership will automatically renew and your payment method will be charged the then-current price at the start of each billing period. Each renewal continues automatically until you cancel.
How to cancel
You may cancel at any time from your account page, or by emailing info@huntersanglers4harris.com. If you cancel during the free trial you will not be charged. If you cancel after billing begins, your membership remains active through the end of the current billing period and does not renew again.
Store purchases
Prices for products are shown in USD and may change. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute our recipes or content, or to use the site in any unlawful way or in a manner that disrupts the service.
Intellectual property
All recipes, text, photography, logos, and design on the site are owned by THE HUNTER'S BEND LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to view content for your own use only.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The jurisdiction for these Terms is Florida, USA.
Arbitration and class-action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognized arbitration body in Florida, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small-claims court. You and THE HUNTER'S BEND LLC agree that each may bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing us.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE HUNTER'S BEND LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
